Our company, which is founded 15 years ago, has been serving in the construction sector, in the fields of Undertaking, Project Solutions, and Construction Management, from design to implementation, from turnkey facility construction to housing construction, as KARAKOÇ BUILDING LIMITED COMPANY since 2001 and as KARAKOÇ MASS HOUSING LIMITED COMPANY since 2009. We are proud to know that our active and dynamic engineering groups with innovative project solutions and our expert teams in computer-aided planning and project management consultancy have completed the undertaking and project services stated in the references in the annex.

Rapidly developing technology requires modernization in the construction industry. Therefore, KARAKOÇ MASS HOUSING BUILDING argues that, in Turkey, project management systematic should be used in small and medium-sized companies as well as large-scale companies and carries out its work in this direction.
